At ASHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
